Regional Sales Manager Manufacturing Services

About the role:

As a result-driven RSM your goal is to expand our customers by new business and creating new opportunities at existing customers. You’ll be the key driver in growing MFS. Additionally, you will contribute to developing new customers in various markets and aligning technical competence development with customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the right stakeholders at customers (European focus), quantify the value of our USPs, and influence technical competence development.
  • Perform competitor analysis by tracking competitors, mapping their positioning, and identifying USPs that differentiate our offering.
  • Win business, acting as the primary point of contact until project handover.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align customer solution offerings and ensure successful project proposals.
  • Build and maintain a network at potential customers, proactively discussing upcoming opportunities and organizing updates/workshops.
  • Regularly report on market position and discuss potential improvements with Sales and Development teams.

Profile

  • Technical bachelor or master’s degree, preferably with relevant experience in high-tech or industrial markets (semicon, healthcare, energy transition, industrials).

  • Experience in commercial roles, including RFQs, tenders, and commercial negotiations.

  • Strong analytical skills to translate customer requirements into viable proposals with technical teams.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and consultative selling is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • International experience, with willingness to travel regularly.

  • Proactive, self-starter, and team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is considered a plus.
