About the role

At Prodrive Technologies we are looking for an experienced Regulatory / Compliance Officer with a regulatory and technical background who will lead compliance activities to ensure that our technology solutions, products, and services meet regulatory and standard requirements.

In this role, you will become part of the Risk & Business Assurance team. The Risk & Business Assurance team is a globally oriented team that oversees risk management and business assurance activities in the areas of enterprise risk, business continuity, compliance management, health, safety and environment, sustainability (ESG), information security, and quality management.

As the Regulatory/Compliance Officer you will be responsible for oversight and monitoring of our compliance framework covering all our business lines. In this role, you have a key responsibility for managing business risk related to the regulatory landscape.



Key responsibilities of the role

You will:

  • Develop the organizational regulatory and compliance framework and coordinate with the organization and its business lines to implement policies and strategies for managing compliance.

  • Monitor and interpret (changing) regulatory requirements and standards, and communicate their impact on product development, manufacturing processes, and the business. (e.g. regulations related to Safety, EMC, Radio, Cybersecurity, Environmental, Automotive, Medical)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Advise the organization on decisions related to regulatory, customer, and market access requirements in line with the compliance framework and our strategies.

  • Coordinate compliance activities throughout the organization.
  • Build a compliance culture and generate awareness through training and regular communication with key stakeholders.

  • Conduct internal assessments and audits to confirm compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures.

Profile

  • A master’s degree (in technical or business fields)

  • Experience 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the high-tech industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and data and provide actionable advice.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
