About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially focused Sales Manager. In this key role, you will shape our market presence by targeting either a specific market segment (Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Infra & Energy) or a specialized technology program (Embedded Computing Systems, Power Conversion, Precision Solutions, Manufacturing Services, New Energies/Peblar).
Your efforts will directly contribute to driving business growth and achieving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities in the designated market segment or technology program.
  • Act as the commercial expert and main point of contact for your area of focus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and meet business objectives.
  • Lead business cases and engage in technical discussions with customers.
  • Approach new customers, generate leads, and contribute to proposal development.
  • Negotiate contracts and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Participate in industry fairs and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and gather key market insights.

Profile

  • BSc, BEng, or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

  • Passion for both, technology and commerce.
