About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing Prodrive’s Sourcing strategy, maintaining established and supporting the onboarding of new suppliers, and supporting the overarching responsibilities of the relevant Sourcing Manager. This position requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, ensuring the highest operational readiness for optimal performance at minimum risk, and the ability to maintain excellent vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new and existing suppliers and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost-saving goals and track and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, production, and quality assurance) to ensure alignment between sourcing strategies and company objectives.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier contracts.
  • Implement and maintain robust sourcing workflows and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Team player with strong communication skills (English is essential)

  • Technical affinity is recommended
