About the role
As a Systems Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships, serving as the vital link between our clients and our product development team. Your role will be essential in understanding customer needs, specifications, and expectations, and translating them into actionable technical requirements for our developers. You will play a crucial part in testing, installing, and troubleshooting our products or systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Beyond technical tasks, you'll provide invaluable feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Your expertise will also be key in delivering training, comprehensive documentation, and exceptional after-sales support to our customers, fostering lasting and positive relationships.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored system solutions that align with customer expectations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Familiar with server / computer hardware.
Proficient in scripting and automation languages, such as Bash or Python, for task automation and testing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess issues and identify root causes.
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
