About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Support for Hydrogen Rectifiers. The successful candidate will work closely with our dedicated team to develop cutting-edge hydrogen rectifier technologies. A strong technical background is essential, and experience in sales will be a valuable asset. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen to drive the growth and success of our hydrogen inverter products.

Key responsibilities

- Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team, assisting with product presentations, customer inquiries, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand and communicate the technical aspects of hydrogen rectifier to customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, sales quotes, and product documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales partners.
- Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements in hydrogen rectifier and related fields.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide input for product development and improvement.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Prodrive Technologies' hydrogen rectifier products.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Proven experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of hydrogen rectifier and related technologies.

  • Experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
