What you’ll do to make a difference:  

Lead Change (Own the outcome): 

  • Take ownership of high‑impact improvement themes and drive them from problem statement to measurable results 
  • Learn to lead, align stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and create momentum on the shopfloor and in the office 

Create Insights (See what others miss): 

  • Build clear reports on performance, trends, bottlenecks, and resource utilization  
  • Support data-driven decision-making by translating analysis into actionable recommendations  
  • Solve Real Problems (Make it better, fast) Identify the real issue, perform root‑cause analysis, and design solutions that stick 
  • Work with teams to implement improvements that make a measurable difference  

Drive Projects (Deliver end‑to‑end impact) 

  • Lead project workstreams: scope, plan, execute, and manage risks and dependencies 
  • Connect the dots between departments to remove bottlenecks and accelerate throughput and flow 
  • Turn initiatives into scalable standards that raise the bar across operations 

During your 18-months traineeship journey, starting September 1st, 2026, you will go through three rotations of a six-month assignment, making impact from day one. With the intent of transitioning to a permanent role thereafter, ahead of a rewarding career at Prodrive.  

Profile

  • We don’t expect you to be perfect — we expect you to be eager to learn and grow  

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field  

  • A maximum of 1 year of working experience after graduation  

  • Clear and confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders 

  • Adaptive and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment  

  • Relationship oriented with the ability to build trust and connect easily with others  

  • Ambitious and results driven, eager to take ownership, embrace challenges, and create tangible impact  

  • Leadership potential, you bring early leadership experience — through student boards, part-time jobs, group projects, sports teams, or other activities where you guided, motivated, or influenced others  

  • Dutch preferred, English mandatory
