About the role
As a Work Preparation Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop detailed work instructions and define the necessary equipment and processes for production. During the prototype production phase, you'll validate products for manufacturability, collaborate closely with R&D to identify potential improvements, and assess each new equipment and product design to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in the assembly process.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment
- Assemble, test, and inspect prototype products from start to finish according to specifications
Shift Schedule:
This position follows a flexible day shift schedule.
Proficiency in English (B1 level)
Vocational education (MBO) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Technical experience is advantageous
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with MS Office
