Provide technical support for the company’s motion control product lines.
Serve as the primary contact to customers, sales, and product teams providing both on-site and remote support.
Customer focused – responsive, identifies needs, monitors satisfaction, and communicates service issues with development team.
Improve and create new documentation of the various motion control products.
Effective prioritization of activities, effective time management and highly organized.
Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science.
Two years relevant work experience in motion control solutions industry.
Experience working with motion controllers, servo systems and control equipment.
Work independently in an organized and structured fashion - takes ownership and is self-accountable for team goals.
Good interpersonal skills within a cross functional team - proactive approach to communication and handling conflicts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both a technical and non-technical audience.
Experience with C# and C++.
Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
Experience with reStructeredText for documentation.
Knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Desk, Bitbucket, and Git.
Knowledge in industrial communication protocols CANOpen and EtherCAT.
