为了实现紧凑性,Cygnus-M等先进的电机驱动器将运动控制器和其他基本功能直接集成到伺服驱动器中。然而,真正的多功能性需要实时控制、支持多个编码器以及将各种电机类型连接到单个模块中的能力。
我们的Cygnus D3(双轴)和Q3(四轴)伺服驱动器具有集成的电磁兼容性(EMC)滤波器和安全扭矩关闭(STO)和安全制动控制(SBC)等基本安全功能,最大限度地减少了对外部组件的需求。这些伺服驱动器可以通过EtherCAT®网络同步控制,并作为子设备或带有内部高性能控制器的独立单元(Q3-M版本)运行。同一控制器支持使用MATLAB®/Simulink®创建的自定义控制网络。
Cygnus驱动器支持各种编码器,包括增量(RS422)、模拟(SinCos)、绝对、EnDat、Hiperface®、Hiperface-DSL®、SSI、BiSS-C和数字霍尔类型。这些驱动器与多种电机类型兼容,包括无刷、有刷、线性、步进和音圈电机。
这些驱动器可以通过我们的多功能浦卓运动平台(PMP)进行完全编程。我们广泛的API有C++和C#版本,并通过.NET集成,它也可以与Python.NET™ 和MATLAB ®一起使用。这为控制结构优化和调整提供了无限的机会。MATLAB®Simulink®代码生成和C++工具链可将自定义算法无缝集成到我们的控制器中。
有双电机和四电机输出版本,分别具有48 VDC或400 VDC输入电压和20 APK或8 APK输出电流,每个轴的功率范围从500 W到7 kW。对于天鹅座D3-400/4(400 VDC输入,两个电机输出),我们提供带AC-DC功率因数校正器(PFC)的类星体B1-400/6双向电源,使再生能量能够返回电网。类星体提高了效率,消除了对外部制动电阻器的需求,降低了系统和运营成本。
