区域销售经理 - 相机&光学解决方案

As Regional Sales Manager you will be driving new business in the Vision and Sensing market by finding qualified leads and prospecting new customers. Your focus will be on sales for our Advanced Cameras and Optical Equipment solutions. Our Vision & Sensing technologies and products include custom area-scan camera, high-speed TDI line-scan cameras, electron-microscopy detectors/cameras, and laser-based equipment.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Proactively engaging with customers
  • Guiding the sales from lead stage to project stage by working closely with internal programs
  • Approaching customers and executing your sales strategy
  • Working closely with the Global Sales Manager and Product Line Manager to coordinate sales activities and engage with customers
  • Aligning customers and stakeholders
  • Whether it be through trade shows, social media, etc.
  • Achieving Sales targets while focusing on quality over quantity
  • Understanding customer needs & effectively providing the customer solutions with our products and services

Profile

  • BSc, BEng or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial engineering or Physics

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales in relevant technologies for high-tech equipment

  • Experience with customer interaction and follow-up

  • 20% - 40% traveling

  • Results & sales driven with a generic understanding of camera/optical technologies

  • Take the lead and initiative, structured, and organized

  • Great communication skills & social competences

  • Enjoys working in informal teams bonded by trust, equality and a high sense of entrepreneurship
