About the role
We are searching for a Support Engineer at the Prodrive Machine Services (PMS) department empowers factory continuity. This by carrying out maintenance, repairs and providing support to complex industrial automation solutions, automated test solutions, and various other types of equipment used within the Prodrive manufacturing facilities.
PMS is a small department, boasting a wealth of experience that contributes to a challenging environment with plenty of room to learn and for your own initiatives. The department is responsible for the assembly of these automated solutions and maintaining optimal condition during their lifetime.
As a PMS Support Engineer, you will be working on complex industrial automation solutions and will take care of preventive maintenance and performing troubleshooting in case of process interruptions or breakdowns. Providing solutions to solve and or repair the occurring problems is consisting, and often a combination of, mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, and software. You are independent and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skill, good communication and a hands-on mentality.

- Perform maintenance, repairs, and support for industrial automation solutions

Practical experience or background in mechanics, electronics, and software is required.
Independent problem solver and critical with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents (schematics) and instructions.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Level B1 English or equivalent.
A bi-weekly alternating shift schedule is mandatory: morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30 / evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00
