为了实现最小失真的快速线性输出,要求最苛刻的半导体应用需要配备伺服驱动器的执行器。在传统技术下,实现这种性能需要线性放大器。然而,技术的进步显著降低了转换过程的噪声,使脉宽调变伺服驱动器能够以更高的效率和更低的热负载实现高端性能。
我们的阿帕奇和开普勒系列产品是行业领导者,他们能够以最小的抖动提供高精度、高稳定度和高速度,进而提供最高的性能。它们具有出色的线性度,阿帕奇系列产品可以实现高达24位电流传感分辨率的精确反馈,并且可以在电流波动和抖动极低的条件下实现超低噪声输出。内部输出和EMI滤波允许驱动器与最小的外部组件组合操作。
这两类产品都是脉宽调变驱动器,可以达到无与伦比的200千赫的频率,适用于单相和三相电机。由于转换噪声可以忽略不计,脉宽调变驱动器也可以实现以往专属于线性驱动器性能表现,提供线性级别的输出。
这类驱动器可以作为子设备而成为同步EtherCAT®网络的一部分,它们具有电机和负载位置双环反馈的功能,可以为增量、模拟、数字大厅和绝对编码器提供支持。他们可以与各种电机搭配使用,包括有刷电机、无刷电机、线性电机和音圈电机等。具有高更新率/数据传输速率(可达400 kHz)的专用以太网端口可最大限度地提高诊断能力。
