About the role:
As Account Manager for our Manufacturing Solutions, you are part of the MFS commercial team and responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high potential customers. You support by being the main point of contact for customers and – together with the sales team – creating new business opportunities.
You handle commercial operations such as customer contact & support, quoting and stakeholder management, while simultaneously contributing to account specific strategy with a multi year outlook. You build strong relationships with key stakeholders both the customer and within Prodrive Technologies. You act as the commercial connector between customers, sales, engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust based relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Formulate and execute tactical and strategic commercial goals for your assigned customer(s) to achieve revenue, margin and growth targets.
- Prepare, present and follow up on commercial offers, quotations and customer business documents in line with internal guidelines.
- Identify and create new business opportunities by translating customer needs into viable technical and commercial solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contractual frameworks in line with Prodrive’s commercial interests.
- Monitor project budgets, order intake and progress, and proactively align with planning, engineering and quality teams.
- Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction (NPS) by ensuring clear communication, governance and follow up.
Profile
A technical or commercial background; a technical bachelor or master degree is a strong plus.
3+ years’ experience in a customer facing commercial role, within a high tech or manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into structured commercial proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
Experience with account management processes, RFQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to interact confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
A proactive, ownership driven mindset: you take responsibility, show initiative and continuously look for improvement.
Team player who balances customer interests with internal priorities and works seamlessly across disciplines.
