About the role:
As a Commercial Analyst, you prepare and present the fact base for strategic negotiations, commercial discussions, and improvement projects. You will equip Account Managers with actionable insights by exploring and consolidating all relevant customer information—so they always have the right data at the right moment. Your work directly supports opportunity sizing, pricing logic, and portfolio decisions in Power Conversion. (Fresh graduates are very welcome.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on relevant market trends and competitive moves; translate signals into implications for our portfolio and go‑to‑market.
- Interpret business intelligence (sales pipeline, margin/cost drivers, customer usage data) and convert it into clear recommendations and opportunities.
- Prepare commercial and strategic proposals and build business cases that balance customer value with sustainable margins.
- Support the Account Manager with data: customer profiling, volume/pricing scenarios, KPI dashboards, and negotiation packs.
- Facilitate maximization of overall cash contribution by aligning price, terms, mix, and volume with business objectives.
Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a commercial or business discipline. Degrees such as Commerciële Economie, Bedrijfskunde, or Technische Bedrijfskunde are a strong fit. (Starters/graduates are welcome)
Analytical: solid with Excel/Sheets; comfortable with BI/CRM data and turning numbers into narratives.
Business savvy: interest in technology‑driven markets (semiconductor, medical, energy) and how commercial levers impact cash contribution.
Communication: crisp writer and presenter; able to tailor insights for commercial stakeholders.
Excellent in the English language, written and spoken (Dutch is preferred)
