About the role
We are seeking a talented and analytical Decision Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and explain high-quality quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, providing senior management with a solid basis for decision-making.
You will build relationships with stakeholders to gather necessary information and improve the analyses you conduct. Additionally, you will develop and train decision support tools and methods, particularly in the field of Operations (Manufacturing, Planning & Purchasing).
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality quantitative analyses and qualitative insights to support senior management decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather information necessary for your analyses.
- Discuss and refine analyses with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and train on decision support tools and methods.
- Focus on providing support in Operations, including Manufacturing, Planning, and Purchasing.
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent analytical and modeling skills.
Strong ability to generate and communicate fact-based insights effectively.
Proven ability to build relationships quickly and work well within a team.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Flexible, committed, and proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a highly demanding, busy environment.
Fluency in English, with Dutch as a preferred additional language.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
