About the role
As a Demand Planner, you ensure optimal alignment between demand and supply. You analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts to create accurate a demand plan. Through your analysis and strategic insights, you contribute to higher delivery reliability and lower inventory costs.
You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Production, Project and Account Management, and Logistics while maintaining contact with our customers. Additionally, you identify supply chain risks and proactively take measures to minimize disruptions. Your work directly impacts the company’s performance and customer satisfaction.

BSc or MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or demand forecasting.
Experience with data analysis (Excel, BI tools) and knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP - Material Management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
