About the role
You will work on cutting-edge power electronics for the semiconductor, medical, and hydrogen industries. You will design, test and maintain electronics from concept development till market introduction for advanced power converter products used in high-tech, mission critical applications. You will bring your designs to life through hands-on testing, validation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and you will prepare and review product design documentation together with relevant stakeholders.
You will also support the manufacturing team during prototype production and help resolve technical challenges during the entire lifecycle phase of the product.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform product development of digital electronics (FPGA, MCU, CPU design) and surrounding circuitry (analog and digital interfaces, on-board power supplies) from start-to-end
- Perform component selection and integration of electronic components and maintain component list of a PCBA
- Integrate best practices in design for EMC, design for safety, design for manufacturability and automated production testing (DfX)
- Document design choices, perform design calculations, simulations and analysis (MATLAB, LTSPICE, etc.)
- Contribute to risk management activities, including DFMEA/PFMEA
- Review PCB designs and other related parts
- Support prototype manufacturing and troubleshoot hardware during integration
- Create test plan and test specifications, perform tests and review them
Profile
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields
Understanding and passion for digital electronics, analog and digital interface technologies, signal integrity and PCB design principles
Familiar with industry standards and safety/compliance requirements
Show curiosity, actively explore new technologies, tools, and methods
Demonstrate ownership, control over quality, time, and completeness of the work
Analytical thinking with a structured problem‑solving approach
Motivated to continuously improve designs, processes and solutions
