What is the challenge?
As Business Development Manager at Peblar, you will create and expand our business line in EV Charging Solutions, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and stay ahead of market trends.
This role requires the successful candidate in Germany. You will think with the customers about challenges and translate them into suitable solutions within our area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your designated region, focusing on growing sales and market share in the EV charging sector.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including automotive manufacturers, utility providers, and infrastructure companies.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging industry knowledge to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market demands.
Project Management: Lead contract negotiations and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the EV charging, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.
Proven track record of operating successfully in Germany with an understanding of regional business practices and cultures.
Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of EV charging solutions.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in German and English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Frequent travel within the region is required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
