What is the Challenge?
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, focusing on the sale of physical product. This role requires a strategic, experienced professional with a strong background in product sales, adept at understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by maintaining strong partnerships, identifying opportunities for upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Strategy Development and Execution: Formulating and executing a comprehensive strategy for the assigned customer(s) to achieve commercial targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhancing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Offer and Quote Generation: Preparing and presenting commercial offers and quotes to potential and existing customers.
- Contractual Negotiations: Negotiating and effectively managing contractual agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business-oriented field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Economics) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both, Dutch and English.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Team player with strong communication and influencing skills on various levels in the organization.
Good time management; able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
