Over de functie:

Als Financieel specialist ben je onderdeel van een dynamisch team dat werkt aan efficiënte en nauwkeurige financiële processen. Je ondersteunt bij dagelijkse administratieve taken, zoals het verwerken van facturen en onkostendeclaraties, maar krijgt ook de kans om mee te denken over hoe AI onze financiële workflows slimmer en sneller maakt.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en organiseren van financiële documentatie, zorgen voor naleving van vastgestelde procedures.
  • Opstellen en controleren van facturen, ontvangstbewijzen en andere financiële documenten.
  • Meewerken aan het optimaliseren van administratieve processen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om financiële informatie te verzamelen.
  • Bijhouden en analyseren van onkostendeclaraties en zorgen voor tijdige terugbetalingsprocessen.
  • Ontdekken hoe AI onze financiële processen transformeert en hier actief aan bijdragen.

Profile

  • Een afgeronde MBO 4-opleiding in Finance, Administratie of Boekhouding.

  • Interesse in technologie en hoe AI de financiële wereld verandert.

  • Detailgericht met een focus op nauwkeurigheid in financiële gegevens.

  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
