About the role:
As an HR Officer within our HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR processes and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all HR administrative tasks in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will be responsible for documentation, employee absence administration, and supporting reintegration processes, helping to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Vocational or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or at least 2 years of proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an HR environment
Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
Understanding of current labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week
