About the role
As our HRIS Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing and supporting our HR information systems, with a primary focus on Workday, but also other systems like XpertSuite, and internally developed software applications. This role is integral to ensuring that HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines a strong process-oriented and data driven mindset, and has affinity for HR IT solutions to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert and administrator for the organization’s HRIS, with a focus on Workday, handling configuration, updates, and issue resolution.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes to improve system functionality and business outcomes, aiming for global standardization.
- Leverage data-driven insights to design and implement HR system workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure the smooth integration of Workday with other tools.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and users, ensuring effective utilization of Workday functionalities.
- Monitor data integrity, enforce data governance standards, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain and develop system documentation, process guidelines, and user manuals to standardize HRIS operations.
Profile
WO or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering, information technology or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of HR IT.
Proven experience with Workday, including configuration and reporting.
Demonstrated expertise in process analysis and optimization.
Analytical mindset with a focus on extracting and presenting actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Affinity for HR IT with the ability to translate HR needs into practical, technology-driven solutions.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent in the English language, written and spoken.
Familiarity with illness registration systems like XpertSuite (preferred but not mandatory).
