As our HR Manager, you will oversee the Operations organization of Prodrive Technologies (1600 colleagues) from an HR perspective and lead a team of 4 HR Business partners. Your primary goal is to drive our HR strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent. We are a highly performing Operations organization with a great culture.

About the role
In this pivotal role as an HR Manager at Prodrive Technologies, you will develop and implement an HR strategic plan, that meets the evolving needs of our business. With your well-founded vision you are able to involve and gather stakeholders and take them with the plans you have. Your experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful to understand how our business is built and what our people’s challenges are. With your mindset to improve (preferably with Lean) you are able to come up with ideas and plans driving operational excellence and an excellent place to work for our team members. You have a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) Metalektro, ensuring compliance and fostering a collaborative and trustful work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager responsible for blue collar profiles, production, and more than 1600 employees.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
Strategic thinking and conceptual skills.
You have the drive for results.
Ability to lead change and have the ability to influence.
Good experience in CLA Metalelektro.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Dutch.
