About the role:
You will lead the industrialization of new products and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing ones. This includes defining the industrialization strategy, selecting and developing processes, evaluating make-or-buy decisions for equipment, and managing rampup and ramp-down scenarios. You will collaborate closely with product development teams to translate design intent into scalable, robust manufacturing solutions. During implementation, you will oversee sample production, establish process flows, and ensure all industrialization deliverables are in place to support 0-series and full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute industrialization strategies for new products in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Apply structured risk management, including PFMEA and Control Plans, to embed quality into operations.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for scalability, efficiency, and costeffectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce time-to-market and enhance operational performance.
- On time and on quality delivery of stage gate records
- Coaching and mentoring of colleagues, raising organizational industrialization competences and processes
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and process excellence.
- Provide design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly input to development teams.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component manufacturability and quality standards.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years proven experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes, preferably in a high tech environment.
Likes to be present on the production floor during sample, 0-series or series production when needed.
Strong understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly principles.
Communicate in a good and effective manner.
Knowledge of key industry standards and best practices in industrialization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
