Introduction
Interested in industrializing new products, building the factory of the future, and eager to learn together what Industry 5.0 should look like for Prodrive? Then we invite you to visit our world-class factory and to join our industrialization team.
We are Prodrive Technologies
We are dedicated to creating meaningful technologies that make the world work. Through our innovative solutions, we contribute to building a future where everyone can thrive, resources are optimized, and connectivity brings people together. We have a broad scale of products that need to be industrialized within different markets like semicon, medical, automotive, and EV charging. Different requirements with different challenges.
About the role
You will be responsible for industrializing a new product and play an important role in improving running products.
For new products, it all starts with determining the strategy, what processes are available, what new processes we need, do we make or buy equipment, and what to do in ramp-up / ramp-down scenarios.
You will work closely with the product development team and need to set up a concept for industrialization together with the team.
During the implementation, you will be responsible for smooth sample production and the setup of the process flow.
Last but not least you have to ensure that all deliverables related to industrialization are in place and the factory is ready to produce 0-series products and finally go into series production.
There will be plenty of room to learn and develop yourself within Prodrive.
