About the role
We are searching for an IT Services Engineer to join the IT team to help implement, maintain, and support IT services across the company.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and services to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
As an IT Services Engineer, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative environment where hands-on teamwork is essential.
That’s why we encourage working primarily on-site, giving you direct access to colleagues, infrastructure, and the technology you’ll be supporting.
At the same time, we know flexibility matters.
To help you balance productivity and personal focus, we offer the option to work up to 2 days per week remotely.
This hybrid setup ensures you can perform deep focus tasks from home while staying closely connected to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, Intune, 365, Entra ID.
Device management and provisioning using tools including SCCM and Intune.
Software asset management, including OS / application deployment, upgrades, packaging, patching and policy enforcement.
Maintain and implement features in a modern workplace environment.
Enhance workflows with automation tooling and scripting.
Working alongside the security and infrastructure team to fulfill the requests and needs of the company.
Linux Desktop / Server knowledge a plus.
Handle escalated incidents via ServiceNow.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of requests.
Experience (2+ years) as an IT Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including 365 and Entra ID.
Experience of software and enterprise asset management.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
PowerShell, scripting knowledge.
Working in Jira / Projects within a team.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Participate in standby shifts for emergency support, including PagerDuty alerts.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus.
