About the role
We are searching for an IT Services Engineer to join the IT team to help implement, maintain, and support IT services across the company.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
You will act as a key contact for troubleshooting, asset management, and service delivery, supporting both local and remote users across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience (2+ years) as an IT Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including 365 and Entra ID.
Experience of software asset management.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Working in Jira / Projects within a team.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to participate in standby shifts for emergency support, including PagerDuty alerts.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus.
