Logistics Engineer

At Prodrive Technologies, we develop and manufacture high-tech solutions for various industries. Our logistics operations play a crucial role in ensuring seamless production and delivery. As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing logistics networks, improving efficiency, and driving innovation within our supply chain. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize logistics networks by integrating internal logistics with production requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Improve productivity through process optimization, data analysis, supply chain integration, automation, workflow improvements, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and inventory management.
  • Optimize key operational components by focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP), ensuring continuous improvement across all processes.
  • Implement and drive LEAN methodologies across logistics operations, focusing on eliminating waste, streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, data analytics, Kaizens, standardization, Root Cause Analysis).

Profile

  • Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/ supply chain engineering or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or process optimization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in SAP, particularly ERP and EWM, is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments to implement improvements.
    • Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
