About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Handler. In this role, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient goods flow within our high-tech, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment. More than just picking and packing, you contribute directly to the heartbeat of our manufacturing process. Your accuracy, dedication, and proactive mindset help maintain efficiency and quality across operations. By managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting warehouse processes, you help deliver high-quality, mission-critical products that align with our global goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products;
Accurately receive incoming goods by checking delivery notes, inspecting quality and quantity, labeling products, and entering them into the system for traceability.
- Picking production orders;
Collect components and materials based on production needs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Packaging products for shipping;
Securely and efficiently pack goods following safety standards and customer requirements to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
- Preparing outbound shipments;
Organize and document shipments, create transport labels, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers and partners.
- Internal transportation;
Safely transport materials, tools, and products between departments and storage locations using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks), supporting lean internal logistics.
- Learning and working within SAP, our logistics software;
Gain in-depth knowledge of SAP to efficiently manage warehouse operations, including tracking inventory, processing orders, and ensuring data accuracy across the logistics chain.
Profile
Passionate about technology.
Currently enrolled in a Logistics or Engineering program at MBO level 4, or pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree.
Responsible and proactive.
Ambitious and eager to learn.
Detail-oriented and result-driven.
Hands-on mentality.
Good communication skills in English.
Forklift, Reachtruck and EPT licenses are a plus.
At least available on Saturdays (08:00 - 16:30).
Minimum of 12-hour weekly contract.
Flexible and available to work on weekdays.
