About the role
We are seeking a talented and analytical Process Engineer Production Planning to join our team. In this role, you will perform advanced supply chain data analysis and drive production planning process optimization, enabling smarter, more efficient planning decisions across the organization.
At Prodrive Technologies, you will operate within a complex, high-tech manufacturing environment characterized by large bills of materials, complex production routings, a diverse product portfolio, and vertical integration. To further strengthen our competitive position, one of our strategic goals is to create more efficient and agile production planning processes, enabling better control over our complex internal manufacturing operations. A key initiative in this transformation is the optimization of Advanced Planning Software (APS) using OMP, alongside the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
As a Process Engineer Production Planning, you will optimize production planning processes by leveraging advanced planning tools such as OMP. Your focus will be on improving planner productivity, enhancing planning stability, and ensuring seamless integration between production processes and data-driven planning systems.
You will analyze data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within production planning (e.g. delivery reliability & inventory), then translate these insights into actionable process optimizations. Collaborating with production, planning teams and IT specialists, you will ensure business requirements are accurately integrated into system logic, directly contributing to the continuous optimization of production planning operations.
