About the role

You will be closely collaborating with our Research & Development project teams for the planning of our prototypes. You will play a key role in ramping up our newly developed products to series production, ensuring on time delivery and optimizing efficiency for a highly complex product with an annual turnover of €60M.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Increase on-time Delivery reliability to 90% by proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities Time Delivery from 88% to 95% by proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities 
  • Improve stage-gate adherence 
  • Improve operational efficiency to support 25% product portfolio growth within the first year 
  • Extend the fixed planning horizon to 4 weeks within 6 months, and 6 weeks within 12 months 
  • Reduce the number of open orders through structured planning and prioritization 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain 

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel and BI tools) 

  • Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen) 

  • Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management & optimization (Preferably experience with SAP Production Planning and SAP Materials Management)

  • Effective crisis management, handling disruptions, delays, or urgent changes 

  • High attention to detail, ensuring accurate planning and preventing excess work in progress or production misalignment 

  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders and balance priorities
