Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Monitoring: Overseeing production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Performance Analysis: Examining test yields, scrap rates, and Cost of Poor Quality to maintain efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Progress Tracking: Monitoring the advancement of improvement initiatives and ensuring they stay on track.
- Effectiveness Verification: Assessing the impact of implemented changes using statistical data and analysis.
Profile
BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics or related technical education.
Relevant experience in manufacturing quality.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
Critical Thinking: You analyze complex problems, uncover root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Proactive Mindset: You anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive improvements before issues arise.
Strong Communication: You connect teams, share insights clearly, and influence stakeholders to embrace quality.
English mandatory, Dutch preferred.
