Planning & Predictability:

  • Replacing the traditional 2-week production planning with a project planning including milestones and technical deliverables
  • Safeguarding parallel project capacity: materials, tooling, test setups, WPE capacity, and proto technician allocation

Risk Management:

  • Identifying technical, planning, and quality risks at an early stage
  • Driving “first time right” deliveries in Proto and 0Series builds

Reporting & Communication:

  • Presenting project status to Assembly Management Team and Business Lines
  • Ensuring a recognizable and uniform reporting format for all NPI projects
