Project Manager NPI

We are Prodrive Technologies 

The Precision Solutions business line provides leading customer-specific and off-the-shelf technologies and integrated systems, enabling customers to realize precision applications with our knowledge, capabilities and products. Our primary markets are semiconductors, life sciences, and healthcare. In Precision Solutions, we concentrate on three main pillars in terms of technologies and products: advanced cameras, motion components, and integrated systems. Our focus on specific markets and products is underpinned by the megatrends of digitization and affordable healthcare.     

Your role: 

You are the central figure driving the success of multidisciplinary projects across hardware, software, and system design. You’ll take full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery—while ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations. You’ll be working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality departments—coordinating all activities to deliver high-quality precision solutions that meet demanding requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take control of leading and managing Precision Solution projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle 
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, industrialization and planning 
  • Thoroughly analyze project requirements to gain a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables 
  • Proactively identify and tackle risks, developing strategies to address them effectively 
  • Smartly allocate human and technical resources to maximize project efficiency and achieve our goals 
  • Master the art of budget management, keeping a close watch on expenditures and providing regular financial updates to stakeholders 
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers on challenges and solutions 

Profile

  • BSc, BEng, or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or Physics  

  • Strong understanding of mechanical/mechatronics/electronics systems and technologies 

  • Experienced in leading functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational efficiency  

  • Experience with stage gating processes and gate reviews  

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities 

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 

  • Being decisive, a relationship-builder and pragmatic
