About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Power Conversion to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects in the semiconductor market, emerging energy sectors such as hydrogen, and medical applications. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective contingency plans as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and addressing any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in the field of Power Conversion, ideally within the semiconductor, renewable energy, or medical device industries.
Strong technical background in power electronics, converters, inverters, and related technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
