About the role:
We are looking for a Proto Technician to support our manufacturing operations by building high-quality cable harnesses based on technical drawings and work instructions.
In this role, you will work independently to assemble cable harnesses with a right-first-time mindset, ensuring consistent build quality. You will also provide practical feedback to designers and engineers to help improve product manufacturability and production efficiency.
