About the role:
You are a key contributor throughout the entire product life cycle—from development and series production all the way to end‑of‑life. Your role is pivotal in creating awareness and driving a mindset of quality at every stage. In project settings, you ensure our organization aligns with customer requirements and expectations. By doing so, you inspire teams to continuously improve our way of working. Beyond managing quality performance for individual projects, you identify critical improvement areas and take full ownership, giving you both the freedom and the responsibility to influence the overall performance of the organization. The scope of this role is broad and impactful: you lead quality discussions with internal and external stakeholders, support decisions related to product and process design, drive root‑cause analyses and improvement programs, and contribute to supplier quality activities. In all these aspects, you are a critical thinker, a collaborative partner, and someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems.
Key Responsibilities:
BSc or MSc in Engineering
A minimum of 6 years experience in quality
Knowledgeable about quality tools (e.g. 8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA, Power BI)
Experience within (electronics) manufacturing environment
Critical and problem‑solving mindset
Customer-oriented thinking
Ownership & accountability
