About the role:
We are searching for a technical and sourcing-driven Recruiter R&D. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in engineering and innovation hiring. Additionally, you will contribute to building high-performing R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:
BSc in Human Resource Management, Engineering, or similar.
Technical affinity and understanding of engineering roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
