About the role:

We are searching for a technical and sourcing-driven Recruiter R&D. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in engineering and innovation hiring. Additionally, you will contribute to building high-performing R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and hire top-tier talent for R&D departments,
  • Partner with technical leads to define role requirements,
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies to reach niche candidates,
  • Manage candidate pipelines for engineering roles,
  • Ensure technical alignment and cultural fit,
  • Support employer branding in tech communities.

Profile

  • BSc in Human Resource Management, Engineering, or similar.

  • Technical affinity and understanding of engineering roles.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment.

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.

  • Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
