About the role

We are seeking a Supply Coordinator Mechanics to coordinate the procurement of raw materials and components while ensuring smooth delivery agreements and performing essential administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing a wide range of suppliers across multiple subcategories and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor deliveries of raw materials and components, ensuring timely supply chain execution.
  • Maintain and improve delivery agreements with suppliers.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to procurement processes.
  • Oversee multiple suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient procurement management.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly in milling, to enhance collaboration with external suppliers.
  • Ensure operational excellence and target achievement in relevant subcategories through daily management.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers.

Profile

  • A structured and punctual approach to work.

  • Experience with ERP (SAP systems knowledge is a plus).

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

  • Hands-on mentality, with the ability to take proactive action.

  • Basic mechanical/technical knowledge.

  • Prior experience in the high-tech industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Dutch
