About the role
In this role, you support sales by bridging the technical gap between customers, the engineering team, and regional sales managers, ensuring Hydra solutions meet customer needs and are competitively positioned in the hydrogen market. You’ll engage with different customers to collect insights on their challenges and needs within the hydrogen rectifier market, particularly in areas identified as unclear by the Development team. You also support sales in closing deals.

Key responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support: Advise Regional and Global Sales Managers on technical aspects of the Hydra during customer acquisition and onboarding. Offer insights that help potential clients see the full value of Hydra in their hydrogen production processes.
- Customer Onboarding and Training: Prepare product demonstrations, provide hands-on training, and support customers as they integrate Hydra into their systems, ensuring they can effectively and confidently use our technology.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Address and solve technical issues faced by current customers, coordinating with internal R&D teams when necessary to offer customized solutions for complex challenges.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing to refine the Hydra offering based on customer feedback and market demand. Discuss technical aspects of new market opportunities, contributing to Prodrive’ s innovative strategy.
- Product and Market Development: Offer end-to-end technical support in product and market development phases, helping drive hydrogen adoption through informed, data-driven insights.
Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a technical sales or engineering role, ideally with a focus on energy solutions, power conversion, or hydrogen technology.
Strong technical communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex engineering concepts into accessible solutions for customers.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and passionate about advancing hydrogen’s role in the energy transition.
Excellent communication skills in English
