After a change process of approximately two years, Prodrive has shown strong operational improvements under the leadership of CEO Marc Uleman, and the organization has been strengthened in key areas. In recent weeks, the next steps in this process have been evaluated, and differences in vision regarding the strategy to be followed and the corresponding organization have emerged.
As a result, Marc Uleman has, after thorough mutual consultation, decided to step down from his position at Prodrive in order to enable the company to independently shape the next chapter in its growth. With a strengthened foundation, the company can now, under new leadership, work on a new multi-year plan focused on profitable growth with distinctive technology.
On behalf of Prodrive, we express our appreciation for Marc’s dedication and the experience he brought to the organization. Marc will step down from his role as CEO as of October 1st. The Supervisory Board will ensure a smooth transition and continuity in governance and customer service at Prodrive. Pieter Janssen, member of the Executive Board, will temporarily take over Marc Uleman’s responsibilities, together with the current members of the management team.
At the company’s request, Marc will remain affiliated with Prodrive as an advisor until the end of April 2026.
On behalf of the Supervisory Board,
Eric Saris, Chairman
