Prodrive Technologies Group B.V. (“Prodrive”) today announced consolidated revenues of €504 million for 2025, compared to €552 million in 2024, and a net profit of €40 million, equal to the prior year.
CEO Pieter Janssen commented: “2025 was a year in which we delivered strong performance during a transitional phase. We moved from stabilizing the business to laying the foundation for sustainable growth, maintaining solid profitability while continuing to improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance. A major milestone was the successful shift from a functional to a product‑oriented organizational model, positioning us for the next wave of growth."
CFO Karel van Gerven added: “We expect double‑digit growth in 2026 and beyond, driven by strong demand for both existing and newly developed products and technologies. We are deploying our financial resources to invest significantly in areas such as semiconductors, advanced healthcare solutions, and energy‑transition applications. To support our expanding global presence, we will establish a manufacturing facility in Malaysia and a commercial subsidiary in South Korea in 2026.”
Later in 2026, Pieter Janssen is expected to transition back to his role as CTO following the appointment of a new CEO, a process that is currently nearing completion.
