Son, the Netherlands, May 2026 – Prodrive Technologies Group B.V. (“Prodrive Technologies”) and Fortaegis Technologies B.V. have signed a strategic partnership agreement to support the development, industrialization and commercialization of advanced secure hardware and software platforms.
The agreement provides a framework for long-term collaboration between both companies. It brings together Fortaegis’ expertise in secure and high-performance computing, networking and distributed infrastructure with Prodrive Technologies’ engineering, system integration, industrialization and manufacturing capabilities.
As part of the agreement, Prodrive Technologies will take on the role of strategic investor in Fortaegis. This investment underlines Prodrive Technologies’ confidence in Fortaegis’ technology and supports the shared ambition to bring secure hardware and software platforms to scalable deployment.
The collaboration will commence with Prodrive Technologies supporting areas such as engineering, system integration, supply chain management and advanced manufacturing. The companies will also explore joint customer engagement, market development and participation in relevant Dutch and European innovation programs.
