XPCS Series (current sensing)

Our range of extreme precision current sensors sets new standards when it comes to current measurement

This range of current sensors can be used for a variety of demanding applications. These sensors are designed according to our zero-maintenance principle: no individual sensor calibration is required and the product is extremely reliable. The 1200A version has the highest current rating of our available high precision current sensors. Unique technology improves accurate current measurements, e.g. enabling in MRI image quality and reliability that exceeds industry standards. The XPCS-1200 is a reflection of Prodrive Technologies’ 25+ years industry-benchmarked authority in high precision electronics.

Interfaces

 
- Shielded SUB-D 9pin connector for secondary circuits
 - Operation Status: if sensor is in normal operation state and no overcurrent has occurred, pin 2 is pulled down.
- Sync Status: if sensor is synchronized with the provided external signal, pin 8 is pulled down.
 - Power Supplies: +/-15V (+/-5% tolerance)
- Current Output: ISEC is positive when IPRIM flows in the direction shown by the arrow
- SMA connector for external synchronization signal (TTL)
- Green LED that is ON during normal operation and OFF if any error occurs
