Son, May 5th 2021 - Prodrive Technologies realized a growth in net sales of 14%, to 278 million euro, and a total revenue growth, including capitalized development, to 302 million euro in 2020. During the year the workforce grew from 1332 to 1547 full-time-equivalent (FTE) employees.

With the in-house built PMP platform, Prodrive Technologies has succeeded in its efforts to make sure software development is no longer a bottleneck. By modeling and analyzing at an early stage, the dynamic behavior of the physical system can be predicted very accurately. Various industrial parties have already recognized the advantages of PMP and are using it for their own motion applications.

MULTIple elevator cabins in a single shaft, the dream of every skyscraper architect and the wish of many people waiting in line for the elevator! Together with our customer thyssenkrupp Elevator we are at the verge of this technical breakthrough. End of 2015 we started the development of the propulsion system for an elevator without ropes but driven by linear motors instead. Using swivel platforms, the cabins can move both vertical and horizontal, which allows them to change shafts and thereby creating a fully independent paternoster elevator.
