SCIENCE PARK EINDHOVEN, March 2, 2023 -- Today, founder and CEO Pieter Janssen of Prodrive Technologies Group B.V. and HAL Investments B.V. have agreed to acquire all Prodrive Technologies shares owned by co-founder Hans Verhagen. This transaction follows after an initial entry as shareholder of HAL Investments B.V. in 2022.
As a result of today’s transaction, the ownership interest of HAL Investments B.V. increases from 31,45% to 47,18%. The remaining shares are held by Pieter Janssen, management and employees.
Pieter Janssen, HAL Investments B.V. and management are confident and committed to proceed and invest into Prodrive Technologies’ growth trajectory and business plan.
Prodrive Technologies acknowledges the paramount contribution of Hans Verhagen as co-founder and former CEO to the company’s growth and achievements.
