SCIENCE PARK EINDHOVEN, February 17, 2022 -- Prodrive Technologies, active in the research, development and manufacturing of high-tech electronics, software and mechatronic products and systems, today announced the completion of the minority investment by HAL Investments.
The transaction was previously announced on December 24, 2021 and received approval from relevant competition authorities.
