The Prodrive AVIDIS system connects video sources and endpoints by an IP-based protocol. With AVIDIS, images and video streams up to 4K resolution can be sent and switched uncompressed over an Ethernet-based network. The Compact and Compact Pro adapters can be configured as encoder or decoder and connect sinks and sources to the AVIDIS network.
