Our automated systems assembly solutions are based on the Prodrive Technologies' robot platform. This platform is based on in house developed and qualified processes which are reused in many different application. The applications are integrated in our manufacturing execution system and can be configured as individual “Job-Shop” or as full automated production line.

We are used to automate production series in a low and high product mix (quantities and complexity) and to ensure the highest quality level possible.
In our cleanrooms a high variety of high-tech products is manufactured and assembled. Equipment for die placement and wire bonding is available to produce cameras and power modules. Also, the area is suited for complex cabinet build and system assembly of smaller products.
The cleanrooms are ISO class 6 and class 5 and the precleaning area consist of both manual and automated cleaning for all products and components.
System assembly at Prodrive Technologies is a process which is as much integrated in the digital factory as all other processes. Our nature makes that we will always strive to automate the processes as far as possible. In case a process is not suited for complete automation we ensure critical parameters are logged and inspection steps are automated as much as possible.
The Prodrivers working in our systems assembly department are working in small teams and supported by a lead technician to increase the team building, be able to act fast ensure Performance (Quality, Efficiency and Delivery performance)
