Strong governance enables us to address key environmental, social, and economic issues that affect our people, products, and operations. Our approach is built on policies, code of conduct, ethical guidelines, and structured management systems. We promote a culture of transparency, trust, and ethical accountability across our operations. Our policy approach is primarily defined by the Code of Conduct (CoC), which outlines the ethical and responsible business practices expected from employees and stakeholders. It provides guidance on meeting ESG responsibilities with integrity and accountability. Multiple bodies and committees support our governance structure, each with clearly defined functions, ensuring transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. The Management Board is responsible for the company’s mission, strategy, policies, and targets, including sustainability and business conduct, as well as overseeing their implementation. The Supervisory Board monitors and advises the Management Board on commercial, financial, and compliance matters.
